A foam-insulated stainless steel lift-up lid helps maintain food-safe temperatures while protecting ingredients when not in use. Additional pan configurations are also supported for flexible operation.

An 8" deep, full-length cutting board provides ample workspace for slicing and assembling orders, and it can be easily removed for cleaning. Below the prep surface, the refrigerated base offers additional storage space, ideal for backup ingredients and less frequently used items.

This unit features two heavy-duty drawers with recessed handles for easy access. Each drawer accommodates up to two full-size food pans (sold separately) and includes removable magnetic gaskets, slides, and rollers for simplified cleaning and maintenance.
