2nd & 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma Skid Plates

Our all aluminum skid plate system for 2005+ Toyota Tacomas are made from 1/4" aluminum and offer great, light weight protection that won’t weigh you down. No rust, no excessive weight, and full undercarriage protection.

This full skid plate system includes an engine skid, transmission skid, and transfer case skid that nest into each other to create one solid piece for full undercarriage protection. In addition, if you have our Backwoods Tacoma Front Bumper, you can also purchase and install our connector plate that covers the gap between the front bumper and the top of the engine skid. The result is a seamless, completely protected front end.

• Note - If you retain your front sway bar, use our frame support brackets, run a suspension with reservoir brackets, and have this skid system, your swaybar may contact the top ears of the engine skid plate once all of these components are stacked together. Slight trimming of the top sides of our skid plate may be required.
