DOSAGE

Simply add one sachet of Optifast® to 200mL of cold water. Stir, blend or shake until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Add more water if you would prefer a larger shake or a more diluted taste. The colder the water, the better the taste!

WARNINGS

Take an additional 2 litres of calorie free fluid each day. Unsuitable for use by pregnant or lactating women, infants, children, adolescents or people older than 65 years of age. May contain traces of egg and/or nuts. Contains lactose and sodium saccharin. Gluten Free.
