In winter, the “Nebuta Floating Lantern” event brings the spirit of the Nebuta Festival to life, with illuminated lanterns floating across the pond surrounding the open-air bath. Glowing lanterns, accompanied by live music and set against a snowy backdrop, create a truly captivating scene.The nightly “Michinoku Matsuriya” performance is also a highlight not to be missed.

“En-tsuko” เป็นภาษาถิ่นของอาโอโมริ หมายถึง “เปลเด็ก” สื่อถึงห้องพักที่ให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและผ่อนคลายดุจอยู่ในอ้อมกอด

“En-tsuko” is a local Aomori dialect meaning “cradle,” representing a room that offers a sense of comfort and security like being gently embraced.

3. เมื่อทำการจองและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี
4. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่เดินทาง ไม่เข้าพัก มาถึงล่าช้า หรือออกก่อนกำหนด จะถือว่าเป็นการสละสิทธิ์ และ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือชดเชยใด ๆ ได้
5. บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่สามารถเดินทางหรือเข้าพักได้ อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุผลส่วนตัว เช่น วีซ่า เที่ยวบินล่าช้าหรือยกเลิก การเจ็บป่วย หรือเหตุสุดวิสัย
6. คำขอพิเศษ เช่น ประเภทเตียง ชั้นห้อง วิว หรือห้องติดกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาของโรงแรม และ ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้
