The mega top compartment holds (30) sixth-size, 4" deep poly pans, making it ideal for organizing fresh toppings, meats, cheeses, and vegetables. A heavy-duty flat glass lid helps retain cold temperatures while allowing staff to easily view ingredients without repeatedly opening the unit.

A full-length, 8" deep removable cutting board provides a spacious and sanitary work surface for preparing sandwiches and salads. The removable design allows for quick and easy cleaning in busy kitchen environments.

The refrigerated base features a three-door configuration with 12" recessed handles and locking capability for secure storage. Inside, six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves provide flexible organization for backup ingredients and supplies.
