Zymax contains 3 proteolytic enzyme systems, including a protease with DDPIV activity, a protease with PEP activity, an aspartic protease (pepsin type), a cysteine protease bromelain, amylase, lipase & lactase (tilactase).

• A new peptidase with an activity unit of 30,000 HUT has been added to Zymax to boost the proteolytic action of acid protease & bromelain. The peptidase demonstrates high exo-peptidase activity. It is a leucine aminopeptidase & a proline specific exo-peptidase. Being very specific, when it is added to broader endo-proteases, the peptides are broken down more extensively.
