Goyard was established in 1853 by François Goyard. The characteristic chevron pattern was cleverly designed to form a 'Y', representing the three centuries of Goyard and their 'Compagnon de Riviere ancestors'. Each pattern is delicately hand-painted onto a lightweight coated canvas.

Condition Notes: Curling and loss of structure to exterior. Light creasing and wear throughout exterior casing. Visible scuffs and creasing to exterior. Visible scuffs and imprints to interior. Light stretching to interior pockets.
