The True TUC-48-HC Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator is engineered for durability, precision cooling, and efficient workflow in commercial kitchens. Built with a 16-gauge stainless steel top and 20-gauge solid doors, this refrigerator is made to withstand heavy daily use. The entire cabinet—including the front, sides, back, and interior liner—is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. Inside, the coved floor design simplifies cleaning by eliminating debris-trapping crevices.

This unit includes adjustable shelving supported by pilasters, allowing shelves to be repositioned in 1/2" increments for flexible storage. Each shelf is secured with chrome-plated clips for stability, making it easy to organize a variety of ingredients and supplies.

Equipped with a digital temperature display and electronic controls, the refrigerator maintains consistent temperatures for safe food storage. The high-performance refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and features a self-cleaning condenser that automatically reverses airflow for 20 seconds at startup to remove debris and improve efficiency.

Designed for convenience, the self-closing doors feature a positive seal and a 90-degree stay-open function for easy loading and cleaning.
