PYCNOGENOL® is a natural plant product made from the bark of the European coastal pine, Pinus maritima. PYCNOGENOL contains 65% procyanidins, a special class of water-soluble antioxidant flavonoids, which are excellent free radical scavengers. Proanthocyanidins are 
believed to play an important role in maintaining good health.

Suggested use
1 tablet one to two times daily. To build reserves rapidly start with one tablet two times daily, for 7 to 10 days. Decrease use to 1 tablet once daily, as desired. 

Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate, silica, and stearic acid.
