Acue's RGB Digital Pixel Strip is a type of LED strip that features individually addressable LEDs. Unlike standard RGB LED strips, where all the LEDs display the same color, digital pixel strips allow each section of LEDs to be programmed to display a different color, creating dynamic lighting effects and animations. Each pixel on a digital pixel strip contains one red, one green, and one blue LED, which can be controlled using a controller like our Pixel Art 16 controller. Acue’s RGB Digital Pixel Strip uses DMX to produce a wide range of colors. Digital pixel strips are commonly used in applications where complex lighting effects are desired, such as on stages, architectural lighting, and holiday displays. In addition to their flexibility in creating lighting effects, digital pixel strips are also easy to install and can be cut to fit specific lengths or shapes.
