The pot is made with a strong grogged stoneware clay body. The surfaces are then brushed with a black matte metal oxide that results in a deep black and dark brown patina. This pot is a nice organic-shaped option an elegant tea kettle,dishes and a planter for succulents. Fired at high range, frostproof and safe for most outdoor or indoor conditions.
