Inside, two heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments and supported by chrome-plated clips, allowing for flexible storage of ingredients.

The high-efficiency refrigeration system maintains uniform temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Guided airflow ensures even cooling throughout the cabinet, while electronically commutated fan motors reduce heat output and energy consumption for reliable performance.

An epoxy-coated evaporator protects against corrosion, while the rear-mounted condensing unit slides out for easy maintenance. To further improve efficiency, the compressor fan motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds during each cycle to remove dust and debris from the condensing coil.

The positive-seal, self-closing door features a 90-degree stay-open function for convenient loading and unloading. An all-metal handle ensures durability, and the one-piece magnetic gasket can be removed without tools for quick cleaning.

Mounted on 5" stem casters with a locking front set, this unit is easy to reposition for cleaning while remaining stable during operation.
