The knife was designed in collaboration with professional rock climber and adventure photographer Savannah Cummins and is made to thrive both in the outdoors and the urban environment. It's built around a one-piece die-stamped chassis for strength, while an innovative hold-based handle design makes for a secure grip, especially for a smaller knife. The partially serrated blade is Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, giving it superior corrosion resistance and edge retention, and a TJB Slide-Lock mechanism allows for easy one-­handed use. The Redstone leverages the brand's first-ever formed-wire pocket clip and includes a paracord lanyard.
