Whiskey Drummer marks a rare shift from their typical blending approach, originating from a small batch of barrels that were simply too exceptional to mix. This single-barrel release is non-chill filtered and bottled at full barrel strength. Tasting notes include dark chocolate, baking spice, figs, and brown sugar. Only 2,500 bottles were produced from two ten-barrel batches, originally released in just 15 states.
