Built on a heavy-duty steel base with a reinforced aluminium extrusion structure, the Elite Series 3020 offers outstanding rigidity and stability for demanding machining operations. Precision motion is achieved through HGR25 linear rails and HGW25CC bearing blocks on all axes, ensuring smooth travel, high load capacity, and dependable long-term performance.

To accommodate the increased machine size and working area, the 3020 utilises powerful closed loop 12Nm NEMA 34 stepper motors on the X and Y axes, providing the torque required for rapid movement and heavy-duty cutting applications. The machine combines a helical rack and pinion drive system on the X axis with SFE2020 ball screws on the Y axis and an SFU1605 ball screw on the Z axis, delivering an effective balance between speed, accuracy, and reliability.

At the heart of the machine is a proven 3kW water-cooled spindle, offering smooth operation, low noise levels, and the performance required for continuous machining across a wide range of materials.
