BBS’s optimal solution is the development of “FORTEGA” - their first new material since the extra-super duralumin of 2011.

“FORTEGA” combines the Italian words “forte” meaning strong and “lega” meaning alloy.

FORTEGA, which balances strength, flexibility, and lightness, has been successfully made around 10% lighter in weight while maintaining high rigidity compared to conventional aluminum alloys. Its standout feature is scope to enhance rigidity, regardless of shape, while maintaining its aluminum alloy characteristics.
