This rod was originally built for Bud Frasca in 1994. 2-up node pattern construction. This rod has a delicate medium action for a #4 weight line. The tan colored cane is wrapped brown with yellow edges. Chrome guides. Excellent varnish. "G. H. Howells, 7' 2 1/8 oz. #6019" inscribed on rod shaft. Keeper one flat right.
