Please read everything below carefully:

-This is a BLANK DIY (DO IT YOURSELF) BLACK cast urethane mask. It can be painted with acrylics, added to with epoxy clay or whatever preferred material, sanded, cut and otherwise modified to fit your personal tastes. Attach elastic straps and it can be worn or just displayed on the wall as an art piece.

- You will receive one (1) BLACK unpainted urethane Skull Beast mask cast like the one shown in the first photos.

FINISHING TIPS:

-You may want to brush some rubbing alcohol on the mask before painting or wash it with dish soap. This will get rid of any lingering mold release that can make painting difficult. Applying a spray primer will also help paint stick to the surface better.

-Flat elastic bands work well for straps. Score the mask surface before hot gluing or epoxy gluing them in.

- Gluing upholstery foam to the inside of the mask will help it stay on your face and be more comfortable.

-Please do not purchase this item if you are unsure of what to do to finish it. I can not personally assist buyers with this project.

- No these cannot be worn with glasses.

-ONE SIZE FITS MOST:

This mask can accommodate a variety of facial sizes and shapes but a perfect fit is not guaranteed. You may have to dremel/sand the inner sides to get the mask to fit just right or heat to soften and shape the mask.

-Warm the plastic with a hair dryer or on VERY low temp in your home oven ( place on cookie sheet and on a supportive bowl or cookware so the mask does not warp under it's own weight) 

- Only heat for around 5 minutes. 

-Gently pull the mask sides apart while warm until you get the fit you want. Let the mask cool to set the shape.

 Since the plastic used for this mask is heat sensitive meaning it is prone to mild warping.  Do not leave it out in very hot weather! If it warps, it can be restored to its original shape by applying low heat as mentioned above.  Store face up or even better ....hang from your wall! 

These masks are pieces of art made for light costuming and display. They should never be used in place of safety equipment or as protection. Do not use this as a welding/metal working mask. Do not use this as a hockey/airsoft/paintball mask.  Use common sense, please. I would not recommend this as a piece to use for any LARP that may result in any blows to the face. I will not be responsible for any injuries sustained through misuse of this product.
