Medline stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our wheelchairs. We offer the following warranty to the original purchaser:

• Lifetime Frame Warranty: The frame is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the wheelchair.

• One-Year Limited Warranty on Parts & Upholstery: All other components, including parts and upholstery, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Should any issue covered under this warranty arise during the applicable period, Medline will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Claims must include the actual product unless otherwise authorized by Medline.
