Replacement Steps If you want to replace your step, you will need to have information about your existing RV step in hand when you call. In many cases, the series and serial number can  be found on a product sticker located on the underside of the steps. You will need to look up at the underside of the steps while laying on your back. Generally, the control unit will be underneath the step in a plastic box of various colors. Please record the color and the number on the control box.  The bolt patterns on each step is different so having information about the old step is necessary.
