Barkan Pinot Noir has been produced in a similar fashion to the fine red wines of Burgundy. To produce this extraordinary wine required an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. We have found this balance in our vineyard at Mitzpeh Ramon in the desert. The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannins; a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint.

Featuring a medium body and crisp finish, Barkan Pinot Noir goes well with grilled salmon or veal and is best served slightly chilled.
