The FuseMaster 76511 From RoadMasterThe FuseMaster eliminates the necessity of removing a fuse for towing, then having to reinsert it for driving. After the installation you simply flip a switch to accomplish the same task. This is a convenience product - typical customer is a person in their 60s, 70s or 80s who finds it physically daunting to remove such a small thing - not to mention having to remember where they put it and having to reinsert it later. The FuseMaster is an electrical harness with leads at one end and a rocker switch at the other. This is a plug and play product. The fuse is pulled and the leads are inserted into the fuse socket. Then the fuse is inserted into a fuse holder on the harness, re-establishing the electrical connection. After the installation, the customer never has to pull the fuse again -  the switch is flipped to "drive" or to "tow". There are four FuseMasters which, collectively, will accommodate most behicles which must have fuses removed for towing. The 76510 FuseMaster is the most commonly used. It is a 10-inch length -  so that the switch is as close to the fuse panel as possible. The switch is mounted in the passenger compartment. It is for use on fuses rated up to 20 amps, and you can use this version whenever possible. This long version is for vehicles with a hard-to-reach fuse panel or vehicles with a large fuse panel cover such as early Chevrolet Malibus or Saturn Auras.
