These automated yellow domestic wood pellet boilers have been around for quite a while, their structural design was tested by time, their roots can be traced to WB range of wood burning boilers and are still a good product at the right price with predicted long life span. Time has evolved these PBI pellet boilers, up to the point where a variety of pelletized fuels, their size is no more than 25x25x25mm can be fed through auger and burned. The burn intensity of wood pellet fuel is controlled by air injection system that delivers oxygen around the fuel itself and powered by externally mounted air pump, this produces complete burn and remainder ash, falls down on to the pan below.

The boiler features upper flame and fumes circulation design, which is similar to other chassis found currently on the market, this design produces a pellet burner of a small foot print making these more suitable for smaller spaces, like domestic garages or utility rooms.

The programmable boiler controller, located on top, has the ability to control 2 water pumps, auger activation, air supply quantity and variable power output.

Ability to burn wide variety of solid fuels, these are loaded manually through the middle door. Space available for manual filling is between 20 - 45 litres, depending on boiler power output.

To stop any unwanted incidents, the automated flame out security system guards over safe running of the boiler.

PBI domestic pellet boiler series are part of fully automatic units present on our website. These machines come as a standalone burners ready to be plumbed in to new or existing systems with little or no modification when compared to standard non combi type boilers. PBI boilers are equipped with computer controlled hopper, auger and feature an automatic furnace carburizing system with an air injection ventilator.
