"A lovely spicy gin from Linlithgow with loads of szechuan pepper coming off with a gentle note of vanilla coming off. Really opens up with some water or tonic."

The idea of this gin came when former IT guy and now distiller Ross Jamieson was in the hot tub with his wife! They were trying to figure out what they were going to do with their lives after they sold their company. As they were drinking a G&T they thought 'why not make gin'. They did and this is the delicious result.
