Cam Lock fitting installationThis fitting is glued on to the end of your waste valve. You will need ABS glue & cleaner which is available from any hardware store.Remove the 4 tabs on the outlet of your RV's sewer connection. This can be done with a pair of wire cutters, dremel tool, hack saw, grinder or file. These tabs need to flush with the fitting so depending on your method you may need to do some sanding to achieve this. Be sure to test fit the cam lock to the sewer outlet to ensure it will go on during the gluing process.Clean the outside edge of your RV's sewer outlet with the cleaner along with the inside edge of the cam lock fitting. Only clean the portion that will be glued to each other.Next apply glue to the outside edge of the sewer outlet, making sure to coat the entire surface. Slide the 2 parts together with a 1/4 turn motion making sure you have the cam lock levers in a position to allow them to fully fold backwards without obstruction.Allow a 30 minute set time before use.
